Predicting Depression

For November of the 4th season of Kaggle’s monthly plaground, we tried to predict depression. I finished somewhere in the middle. For my first Kaggle submission in four years, I am pleased with the result. It also gave me a chance to get back into machine learning. After two years of PhD coursework and some economic research using Bayesian stats, I was amazed at how much both my understanding and perspective had changed
